Some might have found his film
15 (to be shown at
Screen Singapore) not too successful and self-indulgent, but there's no denying his obvious talent. Now The New York Times has done a
short feature on Royston Tan about his upcoming movie
4:30, though we would like to tell the writer that 'Temasek Polytechnic University' is an educational institution quite unfamiliar to us. Anyway, it's good to see that he has been gaining international recognition and one does look forward to his new film. By the way, the original uncut version of
15 is
on sale in the UK, complete with Director's commentary and deleted scenes.
